  1. This .Zip file contains the freeware version of Art-O-Matic 1.3

  5. 1. Art-O-Matic automatically draws cartoons, line drawings,
  6.    paintings, and photos from 3D models.  It includes some
  7.    3D models.
  8.

  10. 2. To install Art-O-Matic, unzip all files.

  12.    Then run Setup.exe to install.  After installation, full
  13.    Uninstall is available in Add/Remove Programs of the
  14.    Windows95 Control Panel.

  21. 4. This .Zip file contains the freeware version of
  22.    Art-O-Matic 1.3.  This version is FULLY FUNCTIONAL except
  23.    that it can't import additional models (objects) until you
  24.    purchase the unlock code.  There are models included.

  26.    By purchasing the unlock code, you can import models in
  27.    3D Studio (.3ds), DirectX (.x), and CAD (.dxf) formats.

  31. SINGLE USER LICENSE

  34. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the computer software product named
  35. Art-O-Matic ("Software"), you (either an individual or a single entity) agree to
  36. the following.  If you do not wish to agree, promptly return the Software to the
  37. place where you obtained it for a full refund.

  39. 3Dize grants you the following non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited
  40. license.
  41.  
  42.  
  43. a.    This freeware version of the Software is free for you to use for as long
  44.     as you like, except to use the extra locked features of the Software, you
  45.     must obtain an unlock code from 3Dize or a duly authorized representative
  46.     of 3Dize.
  47.  
  48. b.    This freeware version of the Software may be freely distributed in
  49.     unmodified form.  You may not distribute codes, or programs that generate
  50.     codes, which unlock the extra features in this freeware version unless
  51.     you have obtained a separate license from 3Dize for such.
  52.  
  53. c.    You may install and use the Software on one (1) computer.  You may keep
  54.     unlimited backup copies of the Software.  This license is for one (1)
  55.     user on one (1) computer.  If the Software will be placed on a network
  56.     such that it can be in use by multiple users simultaneously, a separate
  57.     license must be purchased for each computer on the network capable of
  58.     running the Software.

  60. d.    You may NOT use, import, modify, convert, or rename the files or any
  61.     portion of the files, which were installed as part of the Software and
  62.     that had the extensions ".3dz" or ".jpg" when installed, with computer
  63.     programs or software other than the Software, except you may use
  64.     features, including output and export capabilities, of the Software
  65.     freely, except as limited elsewhere in this agreement.

  67. e.    You may NOT reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.

  69. f.    You may NOT incorporate the Software in other computer programs.
  70.  
  71. g.    You may use the Microsoft Redistributable Components only with Microsoft
  72.     operating system products.

  74. All other rights with respect to the Software are reserved.

  82. MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR
  83. NON-INFRINGEMENT, ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED.  3DIZE AND IT'S
  84. LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES SUFFERED
  85. BY LICENSEE AS A RESULT OF USING, MODIFYING OR
  86. DISTRIBUTING THE SOFTWARE OR ITS DERIVATIVES. IN NO
  87. EVENT WILL 3DIZE AND IT'S LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY
  88. LOST REVENUE, PROFIT OR DATA, OR FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT,
  89. SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES,
  90. HOWEVER CAUSED AND REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY,
  91. ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE SOFTWARE,
  92. EVEN IF 3DIZE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF
  93. SUCH DAMAGES.

  95. IN ANY EVENT, THE MAXIMUM LIMIT OF 3DIZE'S LIABILITY UNDER
